No authorization to test

Viewing this site, downloading an evaluation document, requesting a call, or discussing a target does not authorize RedCore or any person to scan, access, test, exploit, disrupt, or otherwise interact with a system. Testing begins only after all required agreements, an Authorization to Test, and Rules of Engagement are signed by authorized representatives.

Permitted website use

You may use this site for legitimate evaluation of RedCore services. You may not interfere with the site, probe it without written authorization, bypass controls, misrepresent authority, submit unlawful material, or use site content to facilitate unauthorized activity.

Information and availability

Website content is general information, not legal, compliance, or security advice. Product capabilities depend on the contracted scope, deployment, certified runner inventory, configuration, and customer environment. We may correct or update content without notice.

Intellectual property

RedCore names, content, interfaces, and materials are protected by applicable rights. Downloadable templates may be evaluated and adapted for a proposed RedCore engagement, but may not be represented as legal advice or resold as a standalone product.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public site is provided as available without implied warranties. Liability for paid services is governed exclusively by the signed customer agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing terms

Jurisdiction, dispute resolution, and liability terms for services must be set in the executed agreement. If any website provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
